Choose a regular time every week to dedicate to watching the videos, reading handouts, and deepening into practices.  As with any practice, we get out what we put in!

Let yourself be drawn to offerings that speak to you. Trust what is “pinging “ you. There is a richness of handouts, meditations, and extra content that you will want to keep revisiting for the months to come. You don’t have to get to all of it in one go.

Take time to answer the reflection questions at the end of each module. This will help you deepen with what you’re learning.

Your sense of value with this beautiful Mysterium is very important to us.

If you find it does not align with you, then we welcome your feedback and ask that you reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns.

Esmeralda Barnes

Rev. Esmeralda Barnes, HPs, is a seminary-trained and ordained interfaith minister, with multiple priestess initiations in various mystical traditions, dedicated to bringing understanding to misunderstood spiritual paths. Her career spans nearly two decades, with an international clientele ranging from atheists to Zoroastrians seeking her unique brand of spiritual counsel employing many tools of the mystic arts. That work, much like her social justice work, has one purpose in mind—to bring light to the dark, and peace to the suffering.

Born in Brazil but reared in Virginia, Rev. Barnes is now living in New England for medical care due to illnesses stemming from acts of violence.
